Description

The QC Holdings/LendNation E-Commerce Department is seeking experienced remote collections professionals to fill the position of E-Commerce Collections Specialist. This is a full-time role with BONUS POTENTIAL. The employee will service loans and collect on delinquent and defaulted loans, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.

Location: Fully Remote, with an optional Hybrid opportunity after successful training and performance maintenance.

Eligible states: Alabama, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with navigating the website, troubleshooting issues related to payments, refinancing, etc., and report issues promptly.
2. Maintain excellent customer service and provide a superior experience.
3. Possess extensive product, system, process, and site knowledge.
4. Perform skip-tracing and communicate with third parties to facilitate customer contact.
5. Ensure compliance with all policies and laws.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in 1st or 3rd party collections.
2. High school diploma or GED; college preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM.
