Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an e-commerce sales associate to help guide customers online, by phone, and in person through the vehicle purchase journey. In a no-haggle environment, you will respond to leads quickly, provide information, and steer customers toward an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

You will follow up to ensure satisfaction, assist with financing options, and guide customers to Service post-purchase, contributing to loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience or retail/customer service preferred.
