Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey across online, phone, and in-person interactions.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help transition customers to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service and building loyalty. A background in sales or retail supports success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from online, phone and in-store contacts to purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions across channels.
• Close deals and ensure exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ongoing ownership.
