Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience. The E-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience while delivering exceptional service and driving loyalty across the buying journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and inquiries quickly via online, phone, and in person interactions.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience and purchase.
• Close deals by presenting terms that fit customer budgets and lifestyles.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and transition to the Service department as needed.
