Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a motivated e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone, and in person through their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, provide product information, and help convert interest into in-store visits.

Responsibilities include closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and following up post-sale to maintain loyalty and smooth ownership transitions with the Service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads to guide customers through the vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and provide information to help customers transition from contact to in-store experience.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction by following up after purchase and coordinating with the Service department.
