AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment. You will respond to online and phone leads, provide information, and help customers transition from internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, you will help customers choose their perfect vehicle, discuss payment options, and close the deal.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years car sales experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Mansioni

• Guide online and in-store customers to a vehicle purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly via phone, email, and chat.
• Close deals and transition customers to the Service department.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
