AutoNation is seeking an energetic e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-store car-buying in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers compare options to find the best fit.

You will highlight financing and payment options, ensure a smooth purchase process, and hand off to Service after the sale to maintain the high level of customer care AutoNation customers expect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service a plus.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology.
