Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, by phone, and in-store within a no-haggle sales setting. You will respond to leads, answer questions, and guide buyers from initial contact to in-store purchase, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

In this role you’ll help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and ensure payment options meet budgets while transitioning customers to the Service department for ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and answer questions to move customers toward in-store visits.
• Convert inquiries into completed purchases and coordinate with service department.
