Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in-person channels in a no-haggle environment. You will help guide their vehicle purchases with timely responses to leads, clear information, and a seamless move from digital contact to in-store experience.

In this role, you will work to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service, and you will help transition customers to the Service department to support ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers from online and in-store to complete vehicle purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to guide decision making.
• Close deals while ensuring payment options meet budgets and lifestyles.
