Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to help guide vehicle purchases online, over the phone and in person in our no-haggle environment. You'll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, provide information and guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will build trust with customers, negotiate terms to fit budgets, and transition buyers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads quickly and provide information to help customers decide.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Close deals and transition customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.
• Support loyalty by following up to ensure satisfaction.
