AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks driven, customer-focused professionals to help lead the way. The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers online, over the phone, and in person through the vehicle-purchase process.
• Respond to leads quickly and answer questions to move customers from phone/internet contact to in-store visits.
• Close deals and ensure payment options meet customers’ lifestyles and budgets.
• Follow up after purchase to drive loyalty and transition customers to the Service department.
