Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers across online, phone, and in-person channels, guiding them through the buying journey in a no-haggle setting. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers choose a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.

You will work to finalize terms, transition customers to service for ownership support, and build loyalty through proactive follow-up.
