Job summary

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate who engages online, phone, and in-person customers in a no-haggle environment to guide vehicle purchases.

In this role, you’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help customers transition from digital contact to an in-store experience while delivering outstanding service and building loyalty across the ownership journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles, negotiating terms, and closing deals to fit budgets.
• Deliver an exceptional experience before and after purchase and follow up to build loyalty.
• Guide customers from online/phone to in-store experience.
