AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide hundreds of customers—online, by phone, and in person—through their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help transition buyers from digital channels to an in-store experience, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet targeted sales goals.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from online, phone, and in-store contacts through the vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to online leads promptly and answer questions to facilitate the buying process.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in transitioning customers to the Service department as needed.
