Job summary

AutoNation is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, offering a no-haggle online and in-store buying experience. As an e-Commerce Sales Associate, you will respond to leads via online, phone, and in-person channels to guide customers through their vehicle purchase while delivering an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and guide customers from inquiry to in-store purchase.
• Close deals and transition customers to the service department for ongoing ownership.
