AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly and help drive an exceptional purchase experience, from initial contact to in-store pickup, while coordinating post-sale service transitions.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a drive to meet goals, and prior sales or retail experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to leads quickly via online, phone, and in person.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and answer questions.
• Negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyles and close deals.
• Coordinate with Service department to support ownership experience.
