As an E‑Commerce Sales Associate, you respond to leads, answer questions, and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, delivering an exceptional experience from inquiry to in-store visit.

You’ll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit budgets, and close the deal while ensuring a smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and move customers from inquiry to in-store purchase.
• Close deals in alignment with customer budgets and preferences.
• Transition customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase to build loyalty.
