AutoNation is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Associate to help customers online, by phone, and in person navigate vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will convert inquiries into sales, ensure terms meet customer budgets, and transition buyers to after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone, and in-store to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help close deals.
• Move customers to the Service department after purchase to support ownership experience.
