AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers across online, phone, and in-person channels in a no-haggle environment. You’ll guide leads from contact to in-store experience, ensuring exceptional service and driving loyalty through post-sale follow-up.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a drive to meet goals, and experience in sales or customer service to help customers select vehicles and negotiate terms that fit their budgets and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from lead to in-store experience with a no-haggle sales approach.
• Respond to online, phone, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
• Negotiate terms and help customers find financing/options that fit budgets and lifestyles.
• Close deals and drive loyalty through follow-up and post-sale support, including service transitions.
