Qualifications

• Exceptional customer experience skills.

• Experience with technology and driving record in-state.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to move customers from digital contact to in‑store experience.
• Help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms and close the deal while ensuring satisfaction.
