Job summary

AutoNation's e-Commerce Sales Associate engages with hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads quickly, answering questions and steering customers from digital contact to an in-store experience with outstanding service.

You will help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms to fit budgets, and ensure payment options meet lifestyle needs.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle selection and buying process.
• Respond to inquiries via online, phone, and in-person channels.
• Close deals and transition customers to the Service department for ownership support.
