Job summary

Responsibilities include leading the flow of books and media through the sales cycle, training staff, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and driving revenue and profit through effective listing and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce book and media department to meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance and maintain productivity.
• Manage all online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, and Alibris.
• Ensure safety, security, and proper handling of inventory and equipment.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
