AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate role engages hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and shepherd customers from digital contact to an in-store experience with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and guide customers from inquiry to in-store experience.
• Close deals and ensure payment options meet customers’ budgets and lifestyles.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and transition to the Service department when needed.
