Job summary

AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate helps hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person in a no-haggle environment to guide their vehicle purchase. Responding to leads quickly, you’ll answer questions and move customers from digital contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll drive the sale by advising on vehicle options, terms, and payment plans and support customers before and after purchase to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond promptly to leads and provide information to move customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience.
• Help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and ensure payment options meet budgets and lifestyles.
• Follow up post-purchase to drive loyalty and refer to the service department as needed.
