LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to optimize our Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor CRM capabilities to business goals, ensure data integrity, and support BI efforts with PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for Marketing group.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
