Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to optimize CRM, support Marketing and Insights Journeys, and enable data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across IT and business teams to customize modules, build automations, and deliver dashboards using Power BI.

Ideal candidates have a 2+ year Dynamics365 track record, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment.
