We are seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, with Power Platform integrations and PowerBI support.

You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business needs, deliver data visualizations, and act

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required; master's preferred.
Dynamics 365 CRM certification required; Expert preferred.
Power Platform Developer certification strongly preferred; hands-on experience with Dataverse.
2+ years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI a must.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Develop and enhance Power Pages / Power Apps portals; build dashboards and reports.
Coordinate integrations using Power Platform tools and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with IT and business teams; provide end-user training and support.
