Job summary

Toppan Merrill is hiring a Platform Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Columbus, OH. You will lead strategy, priorities, and governance for the Dynamics 365 platform, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve processes and user experience.

You will maintain the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity, security, and sustainability of the platform. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and defining roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, API integrations, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on business value.
• Lead product discovery, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
• Ensure governance, security, data integrity and system sustainability.
