Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks an ERP Strategy and Leadership professional to own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, aligning the ERP roadmap with business goals and IT strategy. You will lead cross-functional steering committees to prioritize ERP initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.

You will manage a team of Business Systems Analysts, drive change management, and partner with BI/Data teams to provide actionable ERP insights.

Qualifications

5-6 years ERP experience with leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, operations)
Experience in a mid-to-large organization with distributed teams and multiple business units
Hands-on experience with ERP data migration, system integrations, and cloud deployments

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations from planning to post-go-live support
Lead cross-functional steering committees to prioritize ERP initiatives and align stakeholders
Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts for day-to-day ERP support and user training
Oversee ERP configuration, data integrity, security, and change management processes
Partner with business units to translate requirements into ERP solutions and drive process improvements
Collaborate with BI/Data teams to enable reporting and analytics and communicate ERP health to senior leadership
