Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a senior ERP leader to own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, aligning the roadmap with business and IT strategy. You will lead a team of analysts, oversee change management, and partner with business units to streamline processes and enable analytics.

You will drive governance, ensure data integrity, and report ERP health and progress to senior leadership, while fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP experience, with leadership or managerial responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, operations, etc.).
• Experience with mid-to-large organizations and distributed teams is desirable.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP data migration, system integrations and cloud deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, including planning, execution, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define and maintain the ERP roadmap in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees and working groups to prioritize ERP initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts for ERP support, issue resolution and user training.
• Oversee ERP system configuration, data integrity, security, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into ERP solutions and drive process improvements.
• Partner with BI/Data teams to ensure ERP data supports reporting and analytics and provide senior leadership updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
