Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a strategic Manager, Enterprise Applications to oversee the governance, lifecycle, and delivery of the firm’s Microsoft business applications including Dynamics 365, Customer Engagement, and Power BI. You will partner with leaders, vendors, and IT to drive secure, scalable solutions that support finance, reporting, and growth.

Reporting to the CIO, you will shape technology strategy, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team in a 100% ESOP, employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive technology experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or related technology portfolios.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and product governance for MSA’s Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
• Lead application architecture, integration strategy, and solution design for secure, scalable platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of ERP-related enhancements, releases, customizations, support, and vendor work.
• Establish controls for security, compliance, environment management, testing, and documentation.
• Direct the product management process for the ERP portfolio, including backlog and roadmap.
• Partner with leaders to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
• Analyze business needs and align tech solutions with enterprise standards.
