Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks an ERP Leader to own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, from planning through post-go-live support. This role drives the ERP roadmap in alignment with business goals and IT strategy in a large, multi-site organization.

You will oversee a team of Business Systems Analysts, manage change and data security, and partner with business units to optimize processes, reports, and analytics for leadership insight.

Responsibilities

• ERP Strategy & leadership across full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Manage and mentor Business Systems Analysts responsible for ERP support and training.
• Oversee ERP configuration, data integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Partner with BI/Data teams to enable ERP reporting and analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
