Vertex Computer Systems, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Practice Manager to lead engagements, design solutions, and own delivery strategy across Dynamics 365 ERP modules.

The role combines consulting, architecture, and delivery ownership to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Dynamics ERP with leadership experience, strong business process knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O/AX/Business Central) including leadership or practice management roles.
• Proven record of ERP solutioning, architecture design, and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and Projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engagement leader for ERP initiatives, understanding client business models, processes, and transformation goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to align solution capabilities with customer objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring accountability for scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.
