Job summary

MSA Professional Services seeks a strategic, people-focused Manager, Enterprise Applications to oversee the Microsoft business applications ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power BI. You will lead governance, architecture, and the lifecycle of ERP-related initiatives while partnering with leaders, vendors, and IT teams to drive secure, scalable solutions.

You will shape product strategy for the ERP portfolio, manage releases, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of progressive technology experience.
• Experience in IT and finance functions of a design/construction firm preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or related tech portfolios preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and product governance for Microsoft business apps: D365 F&O, CE, Power BI.
• Lead application architecture, integration strategy, and solution design for secure, scalable platforms.
• Manage ERP-related enhancements, releases, customizations, support, and vendor work.
• Establish security, compliance, environment management, testing, documentation, and operations support controls.
• Direct product management for the ERP portfolio: intake, backlog, roadmap, releases, stakeholder comms.
• Partner with leaders to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective tech solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, vendor performance, and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
• Support IT planning including staffing, budgeting, and software/hardware procurement.
