Job summary

LATICRETE International in Minnesota is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform tools and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs and strategic initiatives.

The role includes supporting data visualization with PowerBI, system integration, and delivering end-user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
2+ years of hands-on CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Customization: Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
Integration & Reporting: Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, workflow development and automation; assist BI in PowerBI reports and dashboards.
Collaboration & Support: Gather requirements, provide end-user training, and ensure CRM alignment with enterprise standards.
