The Dynamics365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role supports CRM customization, Power Platform integration, and data visualization with PowerBI.

Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business needs and strategic initiatives, while providing training and end‑user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
