Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to design, implement, and optimize CRM across Sales, Marketing, and Service. You will customize entities, automate workflows, and enable data visualization with PowerBI to support strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, ensure security standards, and provide training for end-users. Responsibilities include maintaining Power Pages portals and driving CRM change-management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance and troubleshoot.
• Use Power Platform tools for system integration and automation; develop custom workflows.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other enterprise systems; assist BI with PowerBI reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Follow CRM change-management processes; provide end-user training and documentation.
