Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and maintain CRM including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. You will customize entities, workflows, and dashboards, while ensuring security and data integrity across platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, support Power Platform integrations, and assist BI with PowerBI reporting. A strong emphasis on end-user training and change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required, Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification is required; Expert certificate is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Develop and optimize Power Pages/Power Apps portals.
• Create dashboards, forms, workflows, and security settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
