Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM ecosystem. You will work on Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, including Customer Insights Journeys, with Power Platform integrations.

You will customize entities, workflows, and dashboards, manage security, and collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with strategic objectives. Relevant certifications and hands-on Dynamics365 experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards; manage roles and security.
• Integrate with Power Platform tools for automation and data flow.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and CRM dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
