Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator in California to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with focus on Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. You will work with Power Platform tools, Dataverse, and Power BI to deliver dashboards and insights for business leaders.

You will collaborate across IT and business teams, ensure security and compliance, and provide end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Assist data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation; ensure change-management adherence.
