The Dynamics365 Administrator will configure, maintain, and optimize our Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform integrations, and PowerBI data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Use Power Platform tools for integration, automation, and custom workflows; assist BI with PowerBI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and support.
