Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing, Customer Insights Journeys, and CRM integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business goals, support Power Platform extensions, and deliver dashboards and reporting through PowerBI while upholding security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM modules Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for integration and automation.
• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM BI needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Master’s degree preferred

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert certification
