LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage CRM configurations, data integrity, and cross-functional integrations. This role focuses on Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, leveraging Power Platform and Power BI to drive insights and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS; Master’s preferred.
• D365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards; manage security and access.
• Integrate with Power Platform tools for automation; assist BI with reports and dashboards.
• Provide end-user support and training for Marketing group; collaborate with IT and business teams.
