Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners.
• Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.
