Job summary

CarMax is hiring a Flow Inventory Associate in Carrollton, GA, to manage vehicle inventory and support customer experiences. The role involves receiving, shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads while ensuring quality standards are met.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable working indoors and outdoors. The position is hourly and requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and transcribe data for inventory records.
• Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory following CarMax processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles and prepare transfer packets.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising tasks.
• Prep vehicles for returns and loaners, including cleaning.
• Execute photo station process for listings.
• Move vehicles on/off lot for repairs, storage, auctions.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean workspace.
