Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of department managers and receivers. You will ensure top-notch service, safety compliance, and efficient processes across perishable and non-perishable areas.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail leadership with strong communication, P&L awareness, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/retail preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Proven success leading department operations including P&L, safety, staffing, and training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Able to lift 60 pounds; push/pull heavy merchandise; stand and walk for long periods.

• Direct all business processes at the assigned Sprouts store and drive sales and efficiency.
• Inspire and motivate a team of department managers and receivers.
• Oversee all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, labeling, health, and weights & measures standards.
• Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to leaders.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and robust customer advocacy.
• Address emergencies and resolve issues with urgency.
