Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency. You will lead a team in both perishable and non-perishable departments, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will oversee inventory, staffing, and training while maintaining Sprouts values and store integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; varied department operations including perishable and non-perishable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Shape culture and lead by Sprouts values to deliver exceptional store experience.
• Develop store leadership to maintain customer satisfaction and sales.
• Oversee ~10 team members including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Model Sprouts leadership behaviors and communicate policies and initiatives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the store.
• Manage P&L, inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
