Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including perishable and non-perishable departments. The role drives sales, labor and inventory performance while maintaining safety, labeling and sanitation standards.

You will lead a team of Department Managers and Receivers, network with partners, and foster exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Proven ability to lead both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards are met.
• Drive store sales, monitor inventory, labor, and expenses to targets.
