Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our vibrant retail locations in the United States. The role focuses on delivering world-class customer experiences, driving sales performance, and managing day-to-day operations with energy and enthusiasm.

You will supervise a team, promote the membership program, and ensure merchandising standards while controlling labor and inventory. This position requires relocation flexibility and travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management and leading teams.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in all actions.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding service and merchandising.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and cost control.
• Manage cash-handling and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance matters.
