Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class experience for customers. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and promote our membership program to build loyalty.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, recruit and develop talent, maintain store standards, and ensure profitability through effective leadership and strong visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team including assistant manager, shift leads and sales associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and control labor, inventory, and expenses.
• Manage cash, SOP compliance, and store safety.
• Partner with HR and Area/District Manager on performance and relations.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent with clear career paths.
• Maintain inviting store visuals and implement company guidelines.
• Plan strategic activities to increase store traffic and profitability.
